Here's another one of those toys like I posted with the Argentina Marvel items a few days ago... I've never seen either of these in real life, only on eBay auctions... I suspect now they may be bootlegs of some kind -- or maybe someone just repackaging Gulliver figures with some vehicle toys!
This is not a bootleg item, It was made by "Processed Plastic" Montgomery, IL. and licensed by Marvel (around early 1980's). There were 12 different (total) Marvel characters produced, and packaged with vehicles - (using their old molds) covered with new Marvel stickers.
