The Heroes World catalog was like a Sears catalog must ahve seemed to farming families of another era -- full of wonderment! I think I remember ordering some Hulk stuff from it, and was very pleased withw hat came (even though I found the artwork in the catalog itself somewhat hideous). What did I do with my roll of Greenskin's toilet paper, anyway?
I wish I had more than just the one issue in my collection... we'll see if I can track down any more of those catalogs at the upcoming Emerald City Comic Con!
I have been a Navy journalist, word processor, graphic designer, medical assisting student, cook, and truck driver, and am currently an eBay seller as well as an employee at a big retail store. I have been and always will be into comics, sf, tv, cartoons, monsters, oldies rock, and lots of other stuff.
